‘LB Hounslow has resolved to grant planning permission and listed building consent for the Bonnington Group’s Masterplan redevelopment proposals for Gillette’s former European Headquarters located on the A4. The proposals involve the conversion of the Grade II Listed Gillette Building into a high quality 505 bed hotel and the creation of a business campus including 47,000sq.m of flexible business space. The proposals are still subject to the agreement of the London Mayor however, the Group are hopeful that all outstanding matters can be resolved within the coming months.’ More...
